Weekly update 37/26 Engels

On Wednesday, we were able to load a trailer destined for Marghita.  When we were finished, the warehouse was quite empty. Due to various circumstances, the supply of new stock is stalling a bit. There is something in the pipeline, but we just have to wait and see how things develop. Unexpected things often happen that change everything.

We can count ourselves fortunate that we still have a large group of enthusiastic volunteers. Loading went smoothly, as did the pick-up jobs.

Attila from the farm in Marghita shared photos of the vegetables distributed there. Some of them are being preserved for the winter, this time at a
children's home in Galoșpetreu  . It would be wonderful if more people were sensible enough to make use of them.

The trailer we loaded last week was unloaded last Thursday, first in Marghita and then in Breaza. Potatoes and vegetables were added in Marghita.

The new school year has also started for Inci and Domien in Salard. The children received backpacks from Broek op Langedijk, and Inci has new plans and ideas—it’s wonderful to see.

Toth Attila from Peris shared a series of photos of distributing goods from Broek op Langedijk to a Roma community. Attila is happy that he can help the people he cares about in this way as well.

Joszi from Tirgu Mures sent a comprehensive half-year report of their activities.

Below is a photo album with current photos.

Marin and Enico from Band have cooked for the children and some elderly people again. The cottage for the grandmother with her two grandchildren is almost finished. A man with lung problems would like a mobility scooter.

Henk Muller also shared photos of his activities again; he always does this with a
commentary. Getting this into an album takes time that I unfortunately lack at the moment.

Viorel and Elena faithfully carried out their many works and sent photos of them.

Reghina from Ticau also shared photos of her activities. The last backpacks intended for her have now arrived in Marghita.

On Wednesday, there are cleanup and pick-up jobs; no trailers will be coming to load.
