Weekly update 2/26 Engels

This week we loaded two trailers, the first on Tuesday, January 13th, bound for Breaza.

This one arrived there on Friday, January 16th.






We loaded the second trailer on Wednesday, January 14th, and this one was destined for Marghita. We expect it to arrive in Marghita next Wednesday.

On Tuesday, January 13th, the trailer with Jus de Orange arrived in Breaza.

On Thursday, January 15th, the trailer we had loaded on January 7th arrived in Breaza.


So it was a busy week for Csaba and Imola.

Henk Muller is back in Romania. He's been experiencing all sorts of things again; I've compiled his WhatsApp messages in the album below.

Marin and Eniko have cooked again and also distributed food. With this cold, it's really needed.

Viorel and Elena from Deaj have helped many people again. Someone passed away in Haranglab, and the family didn't have money for the funeral. Fortunately, Viorel was able to help.

Joszi from Tirgu Mures and his team are doing good work for the people in his area. Life is especially hard for the people in his area during the winter. The photo album gives a good impression of this. At the moment, there is a need for extra firewood.

There will be no weekly report next week because I'm staying in Romania from Monday to Saturday. My traveling companions this time are Nico Groot (WHZ) and Gerrit Beetsma.

M-am întors la muncă săptămâna trecută. De exemplu, a trebuit să recuperez apelurile telefonice, aplicațiile și e-mailurile. Am scris despre remorca încărcată pentru Jorg Breddermann data trecută. În plus, Jorg a trimis mai multe fotografii de la descărcare și distribuție, inclusiv în Odessa. Acesta a fost un ajutor foarte binevenit pentru oamenii care trăiesc în circumstanțe dificile acolo. Iată un link către câteva fotografii. Lunea trecută, 22 septembrie, remorca încărcată în Broek op Langedijk pe 17 septembrie a fost descărcată în Breaza. Clienții s-au așezat imediat la coadă; rețeaua de acolo funcționează bine. Ajungem cu ea la cei mai săraci și vulnerabili oameni. Iată un link către un album foto. Imola s-a concentrat mai mult pe îngrijirea persoanelor în vârstă, inclusiv pe aspectele sociale. La fel ca în Olanda, singurătatea este o amenințare reală pentru vârstnicii din România. Weekly update 28/25 Engels

A short update on our blog this time, let's call it a summer edition. On Wednesday, July 9th, we were able to start loading a trailer right on time, going to two addresses: Margitha and Breaza. It turned out to be a nice, varied load, and our storage was starting to empty. However, this didn't last long; new stock arrived from three different locations. So we can continue sending relief shipments for a while longer. Here's the link to a photo album. On Friday, July 11th, the trailer we had loaded in Broek op Langedijk on July 2nd was unloaded in Breaza. Here's the link to photos of previous shipments. Csaba shared some new photos in an album about the bread program. Besides Viorel, several people are receiving flour made from wheat harvested on the farm in Margitha. In Breaza and Deda, local bakers are making bread from it, which is then distributed to people in need. It's a wonderful system that works well and is very useful. Weekly update 34 en 35/25 Roemeens

Sâmbătă după-amiază, eu și Huibert ne-am întors acasă după o vacanță reușită de drumeții în munții Harz. Ne-am distrat de minune împreună. Acum, o scurtă recapitulare a blogului, un raport pe două săptămâni. Nu va fi complet. Numărul de mesaje și fotografii pe WhatsApp pe care le-am primit în două săptămâni este pur și simplu prea mare. Din păcate, calculatorul meu nu funcționează la fel de bine. Miercuri, 20 august, am încărcat o remorcă cu provizii. Motocicleta lui Rob și a mea au făcut parte din subîncărcare, datorită turului nostru anual cu motocicleta din România. Încărcarea a decurs fără probleme și am reușit să adunăm o altă încărcătură frumoasă. Între timp, am strâns lucrurile necesare și am împachetat ultimele paste. Combinația a fost transportată pe șosea până la Breaza. Iată linkul către fotografii. Șoferul era acasă în orașul său natal, Dej, vineri după-amiază. Remorca a fost descărcată luni dimineață, 25 august. Totul a ajuns în siguranță și nu au existat probleme pe parcu...
