Weekly update 18/25 Engels

It was a fantastic motorcycle ride in the Rhine-Mosel region. You don't rest from it but you do get a "good feeling" from it.

Then we continued with fresh courage to organize the aid transports. On Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. there was a trailer in front of the door that we could load with destination Breaza. Again we could load potatoes, received via St. Manna. They are very happy with them in Romania, in the target group that we look after they are eagerly bought. This time a nice batch of carrots also went along, also from Manna. Supplemented with other valuable items, another nice load was on its way to Romania.

On Thursday there were pick-up jobs, these were mainly the shoulders of Nico and Siem, it has been a long day for them. With a nice result by the way, we can load a trailer for Breaza next Wednesday, May 7.

We share the stock and offers with Jan Pilkes from St. Charitas for transport to Ukraine. Jorg Bredderman will also load a trailer for Ukraine on Friday 9 May.

Stichting Phoneo from Reghin also received potatoes from the depot in Breaza. Ilja Witte sent a few videos of them, which clearly show how happy people are with them.

Pieter and Petra Nagel from Minis shared a series of photos of the distribution of the Easter packages. Poverty is not gone there either, people were happy with a package again.

On 29 April, Jorg loaded a trailer with potatoes and vegetables at the farm in Marghita and brought it to Ukraine. It's great that this is all possible. Jorg makes tough journeys, he does it with all his heart.

On 29 April, the trailer that we had loaded on 21 April also arrived in Marghita.

Reghina from Ticau continues her work tirelessly. I am sometimes amazed at how she keeps up with all that.

In Getz, the village near the farm, beautiful things are happening under the leadership
of P
astor Paul. As an example, below is a series of photos of the after-school activities in April.

Henk Muller's activities are extensive, he visits many places and our depot in Breaza is a welcome source for him.

Viorel and Elena from Deaj have not been idle either, they have received another beautiful photo report. In the blog 15/16 I wrote about a man who lived with his horse in a leaking barn. Viorel has changed this. It is great that we were able to help make this possible.

Toth Attila from Peris also shared a number of photos.

Next Wednesday, May 7, we will load for Breaza and there will be pick-up jobs. Next Friday, May 9, Jorg Bredderman will come.
