  Cotswolds is a beautiful area for walking. We were lucky with the weather, and traveling by Eurostar through the Channel Tunnel to London is highly recommended. Meanwhile, the WhatsApp messages with questions, requests, and especially the photos continued to come in. It makes it clear that we do not do our work without reason.  On Wednesday, August 12, we loaded a trailer with two destinations, namely Marghita and Breaza. Two trailers came to unload goods, so it was busy for a while, but everything went well. The same goes for the pickup jobs.   Săptămâna trecută s-a desfășurat oarecum într-o atmosferă de sărbătoare. Nu au fost multe ridicări, iar miercuri, 5 august, totul s-a terminat în jumătate de zi. A fost timp pentru o cafea și am putut să ne punem la curent pe scurt. Articolele în exces au fost eliminate, iar bunurile au fost puse deoparte pentru a fi folosite în pachetele de Crăciun. Și cursa de ridicare a decurs fără probleme; pentru o schimbare, am fost din nou șoferul. La Breaza, remorca pe care o încărcasem săptămâna precedentă a fost descărcată joi, 6 august. Din păcate, în România este foarte cald, iar mediul natural este mult prea uscat, cu toate consecințele pe care le implică asta.   The past week unfolded somewhat in a holiday atmosphere. There weren't many pickups, and on Wednesday, August 5th, it was all over in half a day. There was time for coffee and we could catch up briefly. Excess items were disposed of and goods were set aside to be used in the Christmas packages. The pickup run also went smoothly; I was the driver myself again for a change. In Breaza, the trailer we had loaded the previous week was unloaded on Thursday, August 6. Unfortunately, it is very hot in Romania and the natural environment is far too dry, with all the consequences that entails. Miercuri, am reușit din nou să adunăm o încărcătură frumoasă de provizii pentru contactele noastre din Breaza și împrejurimi. A fost destul de cald, dar din fericire am putut încărca în interior, unde căldura a fost suportabilă. Debarasarea și colectarea bunurilor au decurs fără probleme, iar totul s-a desfășurat într-o atmosferă plăcută. Era ziua de naștere a lui Roel și Hans, așa că au fost o mulțime de bunătăți disponibile. Prânzul de la Hesva este, de asemenea, întotdeauna un moment plăcut. On Wednesday, we were once again able to put together a nice load of relief supplies for our contacts in and around Breaza. It was quite warm, but fortunately we were able to load indoors, where the heat was bearable. Clearing away and collecting the goods went smoothly, and everything took place in a pleasant atmosphere. It was Roel and Hans's birthday, so there were plenty of treats available. The Hesva lunch is also always a good moment. Miercurea trecută, am primit ajutor de la patru doamne entuziaste în sortarea și organizarea mărfurilor primite. A fost o sarcină considerabilă, dar munca ușurează munca. Drept urmare, am reușit să finalizăm totul într-o singură zi, astfel încât munca nu a trebuit să se întindă pe parcursul a mai multor săptămâni. Last Wednesday, we received help from four enthusiastic ladies in sorting and organizing the incoming goods. It was a substantial task, but many hands make light work. As a result, we were able to complete everything in a single day, so the work did not have to stretch over several weeks. A considerable amount of waste also needed to be disposed of, and various collection jobs were on the schedule. That all went smoothly as well. In short, it was a particularly productive and well-spent day. Marin and Enico from Band have once again prepared a hot meal for the children.
