Weekly update 14/25 Engels
This week we were able to send another truck with relief supplies to Romania, number 16 in 2025. Jörg Breddermann brought a load of relief supplies from our stock to Ukraine this year, so together this is 17. We were also able to share with Jan Pilkes. So quite a few relief supplies went in and out of our warehouse. A nice development, aid in this form is very important in many places, not even very far from us.
On Wednesday it was repacking, loading and picking up goods. It has become a kind of routine job, it went smoothly again. This load is going to Marghita.
On Friday April 4, the two trailers that we had loaded the week before arrived at their destination without any problems.
Cristi from Botosani has started distributing the packages in villages around Botosani. He is very happy that this has been made possible again. His parents and father-in-law were happy to help him, so he went out with a senior team. Both the givers and the receivers had a great day. On Sunday evening, a team from Austria will come to help him. It's great that this has started up again.

Reghina from Ticau has been handing out in her own way again. When I see the photos, I sometimes think of the grocer (Arie Nolten from Markenbinnen) who used to bring groceries to my mother. The difference is that these people don't have to pay. It is of course great for those involved what Reghina does for them.

Henk Muller has reported on his experiences again. He bought a different bus for his work.

Imola sent some photos of the senior program there. These senior people are still working hard in their gardens. Imola is therefore also sharing bags of seeds from Tuinplus in Heerenveen with them.

Marin and Eniko have cooked again for the children and elderly in the village.
Viorel and Elena have also done a lot of work, the photo album below speaks for itself. People from France have also been helping in Haranglab for a number of years, thanks to them Viorel can build a house there again.
Joszi from Tirgu Mures also sent a series of impressive photos. Mattresses from the NW hospital will also be given a completely different destination. The container home I wrote about earlier will be placed next Monday.
Next Wednesday Jorg Breddermann will come to load. So part of our stock will be going to Ukraine again. Why this form of aid is so necessary needs no explanation. Jan Pilkes from Charitas is also on his way to Ukraine with his DAF with trailer. Jan has many long-term contacts there and is doing his utmost to continue helping these people, even under these difficult and dangerous circumstances.
Jannie and I are going on a trip to Romania next Wednesday, we will be in Breaza near Csaba and Imola for a few days. Then we will go to Marghita.
