I already wrote it in the previous post, when the first photos arrive of the distribution of the packages, the much work that we had to do with it is quickly forgotten. I think this prediction is coming true.
This is a picture of Viorel from Deaj, they show the distribution of the Christmas gifts, among others at a gypsy community on the outskirts of Tirgu Mures. The photos show you a world that cannot be compared to ours, but it is reality for these people. To think that an awful lot of people "live" under similar circumstances in the EU in 2021, it is unbelievable.
On Wednesday 1 December, two trucks were loaded in Broek op Langedijk, which meant the last of a total of 4.204 Christmas packages had been sent to Romania. This along with many other relief supplies.
On Friday December 3rd the first truck was unloaded at the farm in Marghita and the remaining part on December 4th in Floresti. The packages for Inci and Domien were also unloaded at the farm in Marghita and taken to Salard from there.

Inci and Domien from Salard sent a request for help and photos of their meaningful work.

The second truck was unloaded on Saturday December 4 in Breaza and Reghin. The trailer of this truckfeatures a photo of the well-known dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu. The meaning of the text is - what was built in his time cannot even be painted in today's society -. It's a bit of a short-sighted view of history, just read the story below.

There is much more to read about this man and his wife on Wikipedia. Romania is also an interesting country in terms of history.

Csaba and Imola had almost emptied the storage of the truck load that was unloaded there last Monday, November 29, when the next one arrived on Saturday, December 4. It is also a busy period for them, not only with the relief supplies and the packages, but also with the care of the children who live with them. There is a new corona test policy for children who go to school, I understood from Imola.
Reghina from Ticau will start distributing the Christmas packages next Monday, December 6, she sent some pictures of the sorting of the Christmas stuff we brought. She has already had a lot of demand for the packages.
Cristi sent more photos of the handing out the mouth caps and also of the unloading of the truck with Christmas packages last Monday, November 29, the first ones have already been distributed. Our Mr. Cristi is very busy in the month of December. With the new construction, small steps are being taken with a limited number of people. New in Romania is an organization that organizes food campaigns at the supermarkets of Lidl, in the same way as it happens with us. Cristi is the man who is responsible for this in Botosani, among others the children of Casa Iona are collecting flyers and flyers. Good development help each other. This is just a small selection from Cristi's To-Do list.

Toth Attila from Reghin/Peris sent many photos of the distribution of packages, these people were also happy and grateful. Every photographer does it in his own way, the photos where you can see the living conditions appeal to me the most.
Pieter Nagel in Minis has now settled in a new place and, together with his children, helps the poor people in his area. There is a so-called Romney warehouse for storage and a church building made of containers. Pieter has founded a Christian association, everyone can and is allowed to come to the service on Sundays. About 40 people use it every week.
We can do even more this year, we still have enough stock to load two trailers, the rest of the food must definitely go to Romania and not remain in our storage. The first goes to Pieter Nagel in Minis and the second to Cristi in Botosani.
