Weekly update 35/21
On Tuesday 17 August, a group of volunteers transferred school furniture, which had been stored in a container in Heerhugowaard, to our storage in Broek op Langedijk. On Wednesday, August 18, a large group of volunteers loaded a Romanian trailer, this time destined for Botosani. A few other teams have done pick-up jobs. It all went smoothly and without any problems, yet there were some gloomy faces at the end of the day. A few months ago the storage was still completely full, now it is completely different, the level of our stock is (too) low. What is especially lacking is food, when I return from our walking holiday (September 4) I will get to work trying to change this. If anyone reads this and thinks there may be something I can do about it, please pass it on. For the poor slobs we care about, all help is welcome.
