Pur și simplu nu este posibil să avem o pauză de vară. Fluxul de mărfuri care sosesc continuă constant. It is simply not possible to have a summer break. The flow of incoming goods continues steadily. These are often products that are approaching their expiration date, so storing them for a while is not a good idea. Fortunately, there are enough volunteers that we can call on and we still manage to send a trailer full of relief supplies every week. Our customers in Romania are also happy with it. Every week, the stories of our contacts and the photos that we receive show how important our help is. On Wednesday 25 July, the trailer that we were going to load for Breaza arrived in Broek op Langedijk on time. We loaded the trailer with a nice mixed load at a leisurely pace. Săptămâna a trecut repede, au fost din nou suficiente activități, nu la cel mai înalt nivel, dar totuși există o altă remorcă pentru România. Nico Groot HHW s-a întors din vacanță și i-a luat locul lui Siem Vertelman pentru transporturile pentru Manna. Și pentru fundația noastră, așa a fost marțea trecută. Întotdeauna puțin interesant, un program încărcat într-o perioadă de sărbători. Miercuri, 11 iunie, lucrările de colectare au mers bine după niște ajustări neașteptate. It was a short working week, but we were still able to get a lot done. On Tuesday, preparations started for a busy Wednesday. Always a bit exciting, a busy schedule during a holiday period. Plimbarea cu motocicleta s-a terminat din nou, ne-am bucurat de ea, plimbări frumoase într-un mediu foarte frumos. Vremea a fost puțin schimbătoare, dar în rest a fost perfect în regulă. The motorcycle ride is over again, we enjoyed it, beautiful rides in a very beautiful environment. The weather was a bit changeable but otherwise it was completely fine. Lucrurile au mers puțin diferit față de planul de săptămâna trecută. Remorca pe care trebuia să o încărcăm miercuri nu a ajuns. Înainte de a merge la Broek op Langedijk pentru încărcare, a trebuit mai întâi să fie descărcată la Ikea din Amersfoort. Acolo au descoperit că exista o gaură în acoperiș, care a provocat daune provocate de apă încărcăturii. Manipularea a durat atât de mult încât încărcarea în Broek op Langedijk nu a mai fost posibilă. Things went a little differently than planned last week. The trailer that we were supposed to load on Wednesday didn't arrive. Before it would go to Broek op Langedijk to load, it first had to unload at Ikea in Amersfoort. There they discovered that there was a hole in the roof, which caused water damage to the load. The handling took so much time that loading in Broek op Langedijk was no longer possible. It has now been postponed to next Monday, when we will load the already ready batch with a small team.
